Sullivan papers, 1962-1983 (bulk 1964-1968).

Photographs and a scrapbook relating to Muriel Sullivan's work as Extension Home Economist on the Tohono O'odham reservation, mostly from 1964 to 1968. Photographs document classes in sewing, nutrition, and arts & crafts for the women on the reservation, mostly in Sells, Pisinimo, Gila Bend, San Xavier, Santa Rosa Ranch, Kerwo, Topawa, and New Fields. There are photographs of the Papago Fairs fo 1965-1967, or landscape and homes in Gila Bend and New Fields, and a few photographs of the Sells Service Women's group. The scrapbook contains newspaper clippings, photographs and programs detailing the work of the Sells Service Women from 1962 to 1983, including information about the Tohono O'odham candy stripers.
